I am looking for a lady who could help me with my occasional knitting designs both by hand and knitting machine. Sometimes I have drawings, sometimes prepared patterns. I would like to meet someone who is knowledgeable and can help from calculating to final touches of a garment. I am going to use beads, wire, fairisle methods, to project pictures, embroidered material and crocheting. It is going to be interesting and creative with many techniques to use.

If you are interested in these challenges, please contact me on: svitlanapearson@hotmail.com

I would be very happy to discuss a price per garment.

Elizabeth Hicks runs a small knitwear company in London and is looking for experienced, reliable knitters who would be interested in working on some of her ongoing orders, supplying boutiques in London and the home counties. All her clothing is knitted on standard gauge machines with ribbers, and requires fairly advanced shaping techniques (training could be given )- although there is no pattern/colour work involved. She is looking for quality rather than quantity . She is also keen to find knitters who have the use of a linker for making up. She is also based in Oxfordshire/Gloucestershire, and would ideally be looking for people located around the M25 and the M40 corridor. If you are interested please email: lizziehicks@btinternet.com
